It's standard for IT solution providers to offer access to customer portals and performance monitoring tools. Of course we offer this too. But we've gone further than our competitors and now offer public access to a performance dashboard that monitors the stability, security and scalability of all three of our data centers, as well as our vStructure™ IaaS platform. This proprietary dashboard is accessible to anyone who visits our website and we showcase it right on our home page. Why would we do this? It's simple: we have nothing to hide and we feel strongly that this is core to our mission and brand values.
Security and compliance are of utmost importance in everything that we do.
We architect all of our solutions with security in mind and we support our customers through various compliance endeavors by ensuring that our accreditations and audit achievements are inheritable. We were the first company to receive an authority to operate (ATO) from the US Federal Government. We've not only achieved SSAE 16 Type II audits for all of our facilities, but we also received accreditation under FISMA's recommended security controls for federal information systems. While a SAS 70 Type II audit may only contain 25-30 control points, FISMA assesses and accredits over 750 across three "lots" - Cloud Storage, Virtual Machines and Cloud Web Hosting.
