Features 12,500 of move-in-ready Tier 3 (with Tier 4 attributes) data center space. VAZATA offers cages and lockable cabinets situated on a 36-inch raised floor.
- Access & Security
VAZATA provides 24 X 7 days a week on -site security for their Dallas data center. Cage access is controlled by biometric access readers. Facility is enclosed by vehicle barrier fencing.
- Monitoring
All critical building systems are monitored 24x7x365 in the VAZATA Network Operations Center.
- Air Conditioning and Cooling
Cooling is configured as N+1 with redundant header chilling loop
- Conduits and Risers
Multi-mode and single-mode fiber conduits (redundant pathways) to the meet-me-room.
- Electrical Power
The space offers a total capacity of 2.0 Megawatts of power. UPS and PDU to the floor are configured 2N. Power is served by N+1 utility with three diverse paths to the facility.
- Generator Yard
Generators are configured N+1 with additional roll-up capability. The generator yard is located behind a retaining wall around the perimeter for security. Generators are tested on a weekly basis. VAZATA provides redundant refueling contracts for the data center.
- Fire Suppression
The space has under floor and overhead smoke detection system and a double-interlock pre-action dry-pipe suppression system.
- Fiber Providers
Fiber enters the building through two separate entrance facilities on different sides of the facility. Companies providing fiber communications services are AT&T, Time Warner Telecom, Verizon, and Abovenet. VAZATA has a private DWDM fully redundant carrier grade fiber ring to connect VAZATA Dallas data centers to major carrier hotels
